Tracy Mckenzie

Professional Accredited Counsellor, Coach, Supervisor and Family Therapist

I’m Tracey and I am here to support you to move from where you are now to where you want to be.

I specialise in supporting families to navigate the challenges of parenting and family life, moving from conflict to connection, strengthening communication and creating calmer, more harmonious homes. I also have specialist skills and experience in supporting neurodivergent young people and their families.

Every family is unique. Whether you’re a blended family, a single parent or somewhere in between, I work with parents, children/ young people and sometimes extended family members to improve relationships, manage behavioural challenges and navigate major life transitions. My approach is practical, honest and focused on what truly helps you and your family to move forward.

With 30 years’ experience in therapy, coaching, leadership and supervision, I bring a grounded, collaborative style. No jargon, no judgement, just real conversations that lead to real change.

I also work with individuals and couples on issues such as anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship challenges and reconnecting with identity and purpose. Together, we focus on building clarity, confidence and momentum.

How about we set up an initial 20‑minute free conversation so you can get a feel for the fit and find out more?

Evening and weekend appointments are currently available (online and in person) and I offer a range of packages to suit your needs.
