Jessica Littlefair
I am a warm, down-to-earth and intuitive therapist who is passionate about helping people feel more at ease in their own minds and lives. With a background in the NHS and experience working with university students across the region, I understand how overwhelming life can get; especially when we’re trying to juggle work, relationships, and everything else life throws at us. I’m a big believer in injecting a bit of kindness into this mix by “working smarter, not harder”; working with your natural way of being, instead of trying to fight against it!
Clients often describe me as someone who “gets it.” I aim to bring empathy, authenticity (and some humour, when appropriate!) into the room. I don’t do smoke and mirrors. I find it easy to deeply care about each client I work with and hold myself to high standards as a practitioner, so I can promise I will approach our work ethically, with enthusiasm and careful consideration.
My Approach:
I aim to offer an inclusive, collaborative and respectful space where you can feel truly seen and heard, without shame or judgement. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on different therapeutic models to tailor the work to your individual needs. I have vast experience of a CBT-based approach that I can lean on to focus on actionable solutions and tools to help manage problems.
