Hello! I am a warm and experienced therapist working with both children and adults. I provide a compassionate and heartfelt space to explore life’s challenges together. Whether you’re struggling with stress, relationship issues, low mood, anxiety, food-related concerns, or past traumas, I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment where we can work at your pace. My aim is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and to find meaningful practical strategies that genuinely fit your life.
I have a strong interest in how trauma impacts the body and the nervous system. I integrate breathwork and emotional regulation tools in to my sessions to support calming the mind and releasing stored tension. As a qualified yoga teacher I believe that our emotions are often stored in the body, and when they are safely processed alongside talking therapy, powerful and lasting shifts can happen.
