Emily Campbell
Finding a space where you truly feel heard is the first step toward lasting change. With over four years of experience working across a broad spectrum of client issues, I provide a collaborative environment where you can explore your experiences without judgment.
While I have experience working with adults of all ages, I have spent much of my recent work supporting 18-to-25-year-olds as they navigate the unique pressures of early adulthood. Whether you are transitioning into a new stage of life or seeking to understand long-standing patterns, I am here to walk alongside you.
My Approach
I am a qualified Person-Centered therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My practice is rooted in the firm belief that the therapeutic relationship is central to the work we do together.
I don’t view myself as the "expert" on your life; instead, I believe that you are the expert on yourself. I work collaboratively with you, operating from the core belief that everyone possesses the capacity and the desire for personal growth when provided with the right conditions.
Areas of Special Interest
While I work with a wide range of concerns, I have a particular passion for helping clients in the following areas:
Anxiety: Navigating overwhelm using a mindfulness lens to help you stay grounded in the present.
Relationships: Exploring how you connect with others and establishing healthier boundaries.
Self-Esteem: Moving away from self-criticism toward a more compassionate and confident sense of self.
Take the Next Step
If you are looking for a space to grow, I would be honoured to support you. Please feel free to reach out to schedule an initial session or to ask any questions about how we might work together.
