Listening well to someone can be a transformative experience. I take time to build a trusting relationship so that you feel able to be yourself, take courageous steps in your personal growth and have real, honest conversations.
Some reasons people have come to therapy include anxiety, low mood/self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, bereavement, exam stress, bereavement, OCD, and infertility.
I can help you explore what you want, what a fulfilling life looks like for you. You don’t need to figure this out on your own.
I have a particular interest in anxiety and all the ways it shows up, but whatever brings you to therapy, I am here to support and encourage you in your journey. I hope you find me to be warm, curious and gently challenging when needed.
I work with adults over 18 face-to-face and online, have experience working as a therapist in NHS and charitable settings, and I enjoy working with people of all faiths and none.
